Need a process server to deliver legal papers for you? We can help!
We have four main rates for service of process:
*Posting (eviction notice left on door)- $50 flat fee within 20-mile radius of investigator, $50/hour if farther away
*Standard (up to 4 visits in 7 days)- $100 flat fee within 20-mile radius of investigator, $50/hour if farther away
*Rush (up to 4 visits in 3 days)- $150 flat fee within 20-mile radius of investigator, $60/hour if farther away
*Same Day (up to 3 visits in 1 day)- $200 flat fee within 20-mile radius of investigator, $65/hour if farther away
We’ll provide photo and written documentation of each attempt, along with a notarized affidavit of service (if needed). If you don’t have an address for your subject, we can help you locate them. See our “Person Locates” page.
Don’t bother with other companies who won’t give their best effort and will knowingly waste attempts at vacant properties, bad times of day, etc., just to get paid. Choose a company with integrity, like Trace Investigations!
